Transfer current to your carrier rail.
When the carrier rail is inserted, its mechanical load acts on the contact wedges. Lifting the rail releases the contact. No separate actuator is required for the clamping operation.
Erhardt ERKO CNC-machines the copper-chromium cast blanks. The base plate, mounting and rectifier connection are adapted to your installation.
Please provide current rating, carrier rail dimensions, quantity and photographs or drawings of the installation. See the enquiry information at the end of this page.

Electrically connect racks to the carrier rail.
Contact heads establish the electrical connection between rack and carrier rail. A suitable design depends on current rating, rail width and installation details.
Specify current rating, carrier rail width X and quantity. Photographs or drawings of the rack and rail help us select the design. For replacements, include a photograph of the existing contact head.
Types KK and FK are available. Contact us with your rail dimensions and required current rating.

The right support for your carrier rail.
Plastic bearing blocks support carrier rails. Geometry and mounting holes are adapted to your equipment; special sizes are available on request.
The supports are made of chemically resistant plastic. We agree suitability for your process environment and media for each project.
Send carrier rail dimensions, installation dimensions, quantity and, where available, a drawing or photograph of the existing support.
